Tinkerine Cloud’s FM system is currently compatible with Tinkerine’s DittoPro-R (Wi-Fi) 3D printer, with plans to add compatibility with the previous version DittoPro 3D printer and expansion into compatible 3rd party hardware.

“Tinkerine Cloud is a platform that the team at Tinkerine continues to see as a hardware agnostic platform. A software service that offers a powerful yet simplified experience.” stated Eugene Suyu, Cofounder and CEO of Tinkerine. “Fleet management will allow users to connect with other 3rd party hardware, allowing for greater scale and deployment outside of the existing Tinkerine ecosystem.”

The Company also announces that it has granted 1,130,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants. The incentive stock options have an exercise price of $0.07 per share, are valid for a 5-year period from the date of grant and are subject to regulatory approval.
