Moonbound Announces Name Change



   

VANCOUVER, BC September 10, 2024TheNewswire – Moonbound Mining Ltd. (the “Company”) (CSE: MML) is pleased to announce that the Company intends to change its name to “Cape Lithium Corp.” from “Moonbound Mining Ltd.” and begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) under the new name at the market open on September 12, 2024.  Concurrently with the name change, the Company will also change its stock symbol to “CLI” on the CSE. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change.  Outstanding share certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.  The Company’s ISIN and CUSIP numbers for the common shares will change to CA139481105 and 139481105, respectively.

Moonbound Mining Ltd. is a mineral exploration company which currently has several exploration projects and is seeking to acquire additional mineral exploration properties. The current projects include the Norrabees Lithium Project in South Africa, and the Strathmore Property in Namibia.
