BEACN Announces Resignation of CFO and Appointment of Interim CFO

("BEACN" or the "Company") (TSXV:BECN) today announced the resignation of Robert Doyle, Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The company also announced the appointment of Daniel Davies as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
