IDC Announces Revocation of FFCTO

Toronto, Ontario - TheNewswire - June 23, 2021 - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSXV:IDL) (OTC:IDYLF) provides an update with respect to the previously announced failure-to-file cease trade order (the "FFCTO") issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on May 6, 2021. The FFCTO was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission due to a delay in the filing of its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and the related management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2020.

The 2020 Annual Financial Statement has been filed on June 21, 2021. The 2021 Q1 Interim Financial Statement report has been filed on June 21, 2021. As the result of the release, the Ontario Securities Commission has revoked the FFCTO on June 22, 2021.
