EmissionTech Signs LOI with Calgary Based eMission to Deliver Full-Service Emission Reduction Technology
Regina, SK – November 19, 2024 – TheNewswire - EmissionTech RX Corp. (“EmissionTech”) and eMission Software Inc. (“eMission”) are pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to deliver integrated emission management quantification and carbon credit services.
The LOI aims to support emission management strategies for the global oil and gas industries as well as develop a solution for carbon quantification and carbon intensity scoring food production.
Under the terms outlined in the LOI, EmissionTech will provide comprehensive carbon crediting services, enabling eMission to quantify and manage carbon footprints across the agri-food supply chain. In turn, eMission will develop advanced software tools for carbon foot printing and carbon intensity scoring tailored specifically to agrifood operations. Together, both companies will focus on innovative emission management strategies, leveraging their combined expertise to drive reductions .
