First Tellurium Closes Second and Final Tranche of Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, Canada - TheNewswire - December 22, 2023 - First Tellurium Corp. (CSE:FTEL) (OTC:FSTTF) (the “Company” or “First Tellurium”) announces it has closed the second and final tranche (the "Second Tranche") of a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) previously announced on October 3, 2023. The Company has issued 1,250,000 units for gross proceeds of $125,000.  Together with the first tranche closing announced October 30, 2023 for  $391,800 (comprised of 1,690,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0.12 for proceeds of $202,800 and 1,890,000 units at $0.10 per unit for proceeds of $189,000), and the second tranche closing of announced December 22, 2023 for $33,500 (comprised of 335,000 units at $0.10 per unit for proceeds of $33,500), the Company has raised a total of $222,500 from the sale of 2,225,000 units and $202,800 from the sale 1,690,000 flow through shares.  

No commissions or finders fees were paid in connection with the Second Tranche closing.

All securities issued in connection with the Third Tranche closing are subject to a hold period expiring April 23, 2024, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the CSE.

All proceeds received in connection with the Offering will be utilized for exploration and other costs associated with the Company's Deer Horn and Colorado Klondike properties, as well as for general working capital purposes.
