Gatekeeper Announces Director Resignation

Abbotsford, BC - TheNewswire February 2, 2022 - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (‘Gatekeeper’ or the ‘Company’) (TSXV:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF) (FSE:1GK) a video and data solutions provider for public transportation and smart cities, announces that Charlie Bruce has resigned as director of the Company effective February 1, 2022.

Mr. Bruce was appointed to Gatekeeper’s board of directors in November 2017. In 2019, Mr. Bruce assumed the role of Senor Vice President of National Express LLC. (NELLC) with increasing responsibilities which now also include initiatives relating to the electrification of school buses. Mr. Bruce had previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of NELLC until December 2014. NELLC is the North American subsidiary of National Express Group, PLC, one of the premier transportation firms in the United Kingdom. NELLC’s home-to-school companies operate more than 22,500 school buses, serve more than 550 school districts in 33 states and three provinces, and transport more than 1.3 million students on a daily basis.

The Company also announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1.1 million incentive stock options to certain directors, employees and consultants of the Company, subject to regulatory approval. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.385 for a period of five years from the date of issuance and subject to vesting provisions.
