BYND Cannasoft Announces CEO Transition

(NASDAQ:BCAN) (CSE:BYND) has announced the retirement of Mr. Marcel (Moti) Maram as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 19, 2023, after two decades in the role. The Board of Directors will appoint a new CEO, while Mr. Avner Tal, the company's CTO with 20 years of experience in R&D and sales, will serve as Interim CEO.

BYND Cannasoft is an Israeli-based integrated software and cannabis company that owns and markets "Benefit CRM," a customer relationship management (CRM) software. A BYND Cannasoft subsidiary owns the patent-pending intellectual property for the EZ-G device, which uses software to regulate the flow of low concentrations of CBD oil, hemp seed oil, and other natural oils into the soft tissues of the female reproductive system to potentially treat a wide variety of women's health issues.
