Green Power Minerals Extends Option on Element 79 Gold's Maverick Springs Project
Vancouver, BC -- October 23, 2023 -- NewsGenie -- Element 79 Gold Corp. has confirmed that Green Power Minerals Pty Ltd has extended its option to purchase the Maverick Springs Project. Green Power Minerals made an additional payment of USD$100,000, extending the option period to March 28, 2024.
James Tworek, CEO of Element 79 Gold, thanked Green Power Minerals and expressed optimism for the transaction's completion. The Maverick Springs Project, spanning approximately 4,800 acres in Nevada near the Carlin Trend, holds significant gold deposit potential.
Element79 Gold focuses on gold and silver projects, particularly the Lucero project in Peru, with plans to restart production. They also have properties in Nevada's Battle Mountain trend and an option agreement for the Snowbird High-Grade Gold Project in British Columbia. Additionally, they hold an option on the Dale Property in Ontario, now managed by their subsidiary, Synergy Metals Corp.
