Quisitive Taps Gateway Investor Relations to Boost U.S. Presence
Toronto, State/Province -- September 8, 2020 -- NewsGenie -- Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. (TSXV:QUIS) (OTC:QUISF), a Microsoft solutions provider, has engaged Gateway Investor Relations to manage its IR program, focusing on increasing awareness and attracting U.S. investors and analysts.
Gateway, a U.S.-based strategic financial communications firm founded in 1999, will work with Quisitive to develop a comprehensive outreach program. This includes refining messaging, strategic advisory services, and introductions to institutional investors and analysts. Gateway will also help organize roadshows and secure invitations to financial conferences, including its virtual Gateway Conference on September 9-10, 2020.
"We believe it is appropriate to engage a partner that has experience in successfully assisting companies navigate the capital markets, as we continue to expand our business and look to grow our presence within the U.S. investment community," said Quisitive CEO Mike Reinhart. He cited the company's diversified portfolio, strategic partnerships with Microsoft and dunnhumby, and core IP like LedgerPay as positioning Quisitive to meet rising demand for cloud solutions.
Reinhart added that Quisitive plans to pursue a U.S. exchange listing, starting with the OTC Markets. The agreement with Gateway involves monthly compensation, starting at $7,500 USD and increasing to $8,500 USD after three months. Matt Glover will manage Quisitive’s investor relations program.
