Electrum Discovery Identifies High-Priority Drill Targets at Timok East
Vancouver, Canada -- December 19, 2024 -- NewsGenie -- Electrum Discovery Corp. (TSX-V:ELY |FRA:R8N |OTC:ELDCF) has announced the successful completion of its High-Resolution Induced Polarization (HIRIP) survey and the results of 3D geochemical porphyry targeting analysis at its Timok East copper-gold project in Serbia.
The company plans to test these targets with diamond drilling in Q1 2025. The HIRIP survey, conducted by Terratec Geophysical Services, outlined a chargeability anomaly beneath surface copper anomalism at Bambino Central. A large resistivity high anomaly was also identified, potentially indicating a deep intrusive or zone of silicification.
Dr. Elena Clarici, CEO and President of Electrum, stated that the IP survey results enhance the understanding of subsurface mineralization potential at Bambino Central, providing critical information for the upcoming drill program. The integration of IP and 3D geochemical targeting has validated the exploration model and outlined multiple drill targets at Bambino.
The 3D geochemical porphyry targeting, performed by Fathom Geophysics, suggests a potential deep porphyry target at Bambino. Electrum is finalizing drill plans and a 2,000-meter diamond drill program is scheduled to commence in January 2025. Additional HIRIP lines are planned to gather more data.

Electrum Discovery Corp. is focused on mineral exploration in the Western Tethyan Belt with projects in Serbia. Their Timok East project is located near the Bor Copper-Gold Mining Complex, and the Novo Tlamino project has an inferred mineral resource estimate of 670,000oz AuEq.
