Lake Winn Begins Exploration at Little Nahanni Claims
Vancouver, British Columbia -- January 1, 2023 -- NewsGenie -- Lake Winn Resources Corp. (TSXV:LWR.H) has announced the commencement of exploration on its Little Nahanni Claims in the Northwest Territories.
The claims encompass the southern portion of the Little Nahanni LTC pegmatite swarm, which spans 13 km. The dyke swarms measure up to 52.60 m wide, with individual dykes ranging from 0.2 to 10 m in width. The company is preparing for a drill program planned for the summer of 2023, and has started work including:
- Permitting
- An Archeology study
- A helicopter borne geophysical survey using the ultra-sensitive SQUID magnetometer, operated by DIAS
- A satellite study including the use of a unique ground penetrating radar technique
- Scanning 1600m of historic core using a core scanner from Geologic AI
- A road access study
- Liaison with the Little Nahanni First Nation
- Data compilation and re-interpretation of previous work
