Rockland Resources Expands Beryllium Portfolio with Claybank Acquisition
Vancouver, British Columbia -- March 25, 2025 -- NewsGenie -- Rockland Resources Ltd. (CSE: RKL) has acquired the Claybank Beryllium Project in Juab County, Utah, near Spor Mountain, the largest global beryllium producer operated by Materion Corp. (NYSE: MTRN). Claybank connects to the Brush Highway, facilitating ore transport to Materion's treatment plant.

Mike England, CEO of Rockland, stated the acquisition strengthens the company’s position in the beryllium market. Rockland aims to confirm historical results and expand the mineralized zone at Claybank.
The Claybank Beryllium Project includes two claims covering approximately 16 hectares. Historical drilling in 1987 identified a zone of beryllium mineralization along a Tertiary tuff formation, with assays reporting intercepts from 0.25-0.65% Be.


Rockland plans a spring reconnaissance surface sampling and mapping program at Claybank. The acquisition terms include $400,000 USD in cash payments, the granting of one million warrants at $0.15 CAD, and a 2.5% NSR to the vendor, with Rockland having the option to buy back one percent for one million dollars USD. The company has also set 25,000 options to a consultant of the Company at $0.15 for a period of two years.
