Quisitive Completes $150,000 Private Placement

Toronto, ON -- July 9, 2019 -- NewsGenie -- Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. (TSXV:QUIS) (OTC:QUISF), a Microsoft solutions provider, has completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $150,000. The company issued 750,000 common shares at $0.20 per share. Quisitive plans to use the proceeds for general working capital. The shares are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.
