Icarus Capital Announces Passing of Former Director and CFO Garry Yuill
Vancouver, BC -- March 28, 2025 -- NewsGenie -- Icarus Capital Corporation (TSXV: ICRS) announced the passing of Garry Yuill, a former Director and CFO. His contributions were vital to the company's mission. The Board convened on March 27, 2025, to address the transition.
Eric Lapointe, CEO, has been appointed as a Director. Kenneth Wall, a current Director, has been named interim CFO, a role he previously held.
Thomas Bell, Howard Blank, and Greg Mulvey will continue as Directors. "Garry Yuill’s contributions to Icarus will be sorely missed. His vision set the foundation for the Company," said CEO Eric Lapointe.
