Quisitive Inks Cloud Services Agreement with Healthcare Giant
Toronto, ON -- March 20, 2020 -- NewsGenie -- Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. (TSXV:QUIS) (OTC:QUISF) has secured a cloud services agreement with a major healthcare company, expanding its recurring revenue business to 22%. This agreement will see Quisitive providing comprehensive managed cloud services for the Customer’s Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 environment over the next three years, building upon existing Microsoft Azure CSP and managed services. The deal is valued between $4.5 and $5.0 million.
Quisitive's role includes guiding the Customer through their cloud journey, from assessment to migration, and now ongoing operation with CSP and managed services. The Customer is now positioned to innovate using Quisitive’s data analytics and Microsoft Dynamics services for digital transformation.
Since becoming a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) in early 2019, Quisitive has broadened its CSP customer base across various industries. The company now offers full managed cloud services across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and Dynamics Finance and Operations and CRM.
Quisitive has also expanded its CRG emPerform SaaS business by 10% over the last six months, reaching over 200 clients and 200,000 user subscriptions.
