Quisitive Completes Acquisition of Menlo Technologies
Toronto, Ontario -- January 2, 2020 -- NewsGenie -- Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSXV:QUIS) has finalized its acquisition of Menlo Technologies, Inc., a provider of Microsoft technology, corporate consulting, and business software based in Los Altos, California. The deal, initially announced on December 9, 2019, aims to bolster Quisitive's capabilities and market reach.
According to Quisitive CEO Mike Reinhart, the acquisition enhances the company's ability to serve enterprise customers across North America and globally. It also deepens Quisitive's expertise in Microsoft's cloud platform, including Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics, while adding offshore capabilities. Reinhart emphasized that the addition of Menlo's leadership team will help accelerate organic growth.
The Menlo acquisition complements Quisitive's earlier acquisition of Corporate Renaissance Group in June 2019. These acquisitions have contributed to Quisitive's 300% growth over the past year. The company now has eight locations in North America, a development center in Hyderabad, India, and over 300 employees.
Menlo CEO Gary Prioste, who will now serve as President of Menlo Technologies within Quisitive, stated that the merger will allow them to scale throughout North America and expand cloud service offerings.
