Grid Battery Metals Engages Capital Analytica for Promotional Services
Coquitlam, BC -- June 30, 2023 -- NewsGenie -- Grid Battery Metals Inc. has engaged Triomphe Holdings Ltd. (dba Capital Analytica) for a three-month promotional enhancement service, with an option to renew. Capital Analytica, based in Nanaimo, BC, will provide social media consultation, sentiment and engagement reporting, forum monitoring, and corporate video dissemination. Grid Battery Metals will pay Capital Analytica $60,000 upon Exchange approval.
The agreement between Capital Analytica and Grid is an arm's length transaction, with neither party having any existing or intended interest in the other's securities.
Grid Battery Metals Inc. is focused on exploration for high-value battery metals for the EV market. The company's assets include the Texas Springs Property, Clayton Valley Lithium Project, and Volt Canyon Lithium Property in Nevada, as well as nickel projects in British Columbia.
The Texas Springs Property, adjoining Surge Battery Metals Inc.'s Nevada North Lithium Project, targets a lithium clay deposit in volcanic tuff and tuffaceous sediments. The Clayton Valley Lithium Project consists of 113 lithium lode and placer claims, while the Volt Canyon Lithium Property includes 80 placer claims. The Mount Sidney Williams Group and Mitchell Range Group in British Columbia contain nickel, cobalt, and chromium mineralization.
