Carrier Connect Data Solutions Director Acquires Shares in Escrow Transfer
Vancouver, British Columbia -- March 26, 2025 -- NewsGenie -- Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. (TSX.V:CCDS) announced that Thinsolution Inc., controlled by Johan Arnet, CTO and a director of Carrier Connect, transferred 1,000,000 common shares, subject to an escrow agreement, to Mark Binns, CEO and a director of the Company.
The transfer, approved by both the board and the TSX Venture Exchange, was executed under an escrow share transfer agreement dated March 11, 2025. Following the transaction, the transferred shares remain under the original escrow agreement.
Early Warning Disclosure:
After the transfer, Thinsolution holds 1,880,000 common shares, about 16.68% of the company’s outstanding shares. Previously, it held 2,880,000 shares, representing 25.56%. Thinsolution may adjust its holdings based on market conditions.
Mark Binns now owns 1,621,656 common shares, approximately 14.39%, up from 621,656 shares, or 5.52%. Like Thinsolution, Binns may alter his position depending on market dynamics.
