Hybrid Power Solutions Appoints Alvin Kersting to Board, Stephen Davidson Resigns
Toronto, Ontario -- March 12th, 2025 -- NewsGenie -- Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. (CSE: HPSS) has appointed Alvin Kersting to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Stephen Davidson has resigned to pursue other opportunities.
Kersting, a C-Suite executive with over 25 years of experience in leadership and consulting, brings expertise in business strategy, M&A, and operational growth. He currently serves as a Senior Partner of Alliance Group Holdings Inc. and is an executive board member of Eye Care Professionals (ECP). He also advises a U.S. yacht charter company and DiningTek.
Previously, Kersting was a Board Member for the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada and the Ontario Aerospace Council. He has also held 5-year Controlled Goods Program verification terms required to work with the Department of Defense (DoD).
Francois Byrne, CEO of Hybrid Power Solutions, stated Kersting's experience would be instrumental in pursuing growth objectives and advancing clean energy technologies.
Davidson's resignation comes as he desires to pursue new opportunities, and is not due to disagreements with company policies. Byrne thanked Davidson for his contributions.
