Teuton Partner Tudor Gold Expands Goldstorm Deposit in British Columbia

Vancouver, Canada -- November 30, 2021 -- NewsGenie -- Teuton Resources Corp. (TSXV:TUO) reports that its joint venture partner, Tudor Gold, has released promising results from the 2021 drilling program at the Treaty Creek property in BC's Golden Triangle. The project sits on-trend from Seabridge’s KSM Project.

Tudor Gold's report highlights results from seven diamond drill holes at the Goldstorm Deposit. The findings confirm that gold and copper mineralization strengthens to the north, indicating the Goldstorm System remains open for expansion. The Copper Belle-Goldstorm Deposit (CB-GS) hosts a Measured and Indicated Mineral Resource of 19.4 million ounces of AuEq grading 0.74 g/t AuEq and an Inferred Resource of 7.9 million ounces of AuEq grading 0.79 g/t AuEq (Teuton press release dated March 9, 2021).

Key Goldstorm Drilling Highlights:

SECTION 117+00 NE:

  • GS-21-113-W2 significantly expanded the CS600 domain, returning 1.38 g/t AuEq over 556.5 m, including 2.34 g/t AuEq over the last 57.0 m. The drill was abandoned at 1,575.0 m due to its maximum limit.
  • Two gold mineralization pulses within the 300H domain in GS-21-113-W2 averaged 1.29 g/t AuEq over 97.0 m and 1.85 g/t AuEq over 69.0 m.
  • GS-21-113-W1 returned 4.07 g/t AuEq over 78.0 m, within 459.0 m of 1.30 g/t AuEq.
  • GS-21-113-W2 had the longest intercept to date, with 1,320.0 m averaging 0.97 g/t AuEq, including the 300H and CS600 domains.

SECTION 114+00 NE:

  • Infill hole GS-21-120 returned 0.93 g/t AuEq over 198.0 m within 687.0 m of 0.50 g/t AuEq.
  • Abandoned holes GS-21-117 and GS-21-117-W1 yielded similar results of 1.38 g/t AuEq over 52.5 m and 1.58 g/t AuEq over 51.0 m, respectively.

SECTION 111+00 NE:

  • GS-21-118 confirmed copper mineralization, returning 0.86 g/t AuEq over 44.0 m within 91.5 m of 0.64 g/t AuEq.
  • Mineralization in GS-21-118 averaged 0.76 g/t AuEq over 786.7 m, including 0.95 g/t AuEq over 295.5 m with an enriched interval of 1.60 g/t AuEq over 86.5 m in the 300 H domain.
  • GS-21-121 returned 0.56 g/t AuEq over 760.6 m including two near-surface enriched pulses of gold mineralization yielding 1.06 g/t AuEq over 93.1 m and 1.00 g/t AuEq over 72.0 m.

Ken Konkin, P.Geo., Tudor Gold’s VP of Exploration, noted the drilling results continue to increase the dimensions of the Goldstorm Deposit, expanding it to the north, northwest, and at depth. He added the system is larger than expected and, combined with discoveries at Perfect Storm, Eureka and Calm Before the Storm, gives the Project un-paralleled economic potential.

D. Cremonese, P.Eng., President of Teuton, commented that the intersection of 1.38 g/t gold Eq. over 556.5m in Hole GS-21-113-W2 is an outstanding result. He compared these results to the Red Chris mine, suggesting potential for a large tonnage block caving operation at Treaty if further drilling confirms similar grades.

Detailed drilling results and drill hole data are available in Tables 1 and 2.

The Treaty Creek Project is a Joint Venture with Tudor Gold owning 60% and acting as operator. Teuton Resources and American Creek each have a 20% carried interest in the project.
