RamSoft Unveils AI-Powered Patient App at HIMSS 2023
Toronto, ON -- April 13, 2023 -- NewsGenie -- RamSoft has announced the launch of Blume, a medical imaging patient app powered by ChatGPT, at HIMSS 2023 in Chicago. This feature uses AI to give patients quick, easy-to-understand answers to their questions about medical imaging procedures like MRIs and PET/CT scans. According to RamSoft CEO Vijay Ramanathan, patient centricity is key. He cited the widespread use of smartphones for better doctor-patient communication and compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which requires sharing images and reports with patients.
Blume lets patients manage their healthcare from their phones. Its features include remote intake form submission, self-scheduling, insurance eligibility checks, and secure sharing of medical images and reports.
