Quisitive Completes Acquisition of Menlo Technologies
Toronto, Ontario -- January 2, 2020 -- NewsGenie -- Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc., a Microsoft solutions provider and Microsoft 2019 US Partner of the Year, has finalized its acquisition of Menlo Technologies, Inc., a provider of Microsoft technology, consulting, and business software based in Los Altos, California. The transaction was initially announced on December 9, 2019.
Quisitive CEO Mike Reinhart stated that the Menlo transaction supports their strategic vision by providing enterprise customers with North American scale and global reach, focused depth across Microsoft’s cloud platform including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics, and offshore capability. He added that the Menlo leadership team will amplify the Quisitive organization and provide momentum needed to facilitate accelerated organic growth.
The Menlo acquisition complements Quisitive’s acquisition of Corporate Renaissance Group in June 2019. Quisitive has experienced substantial growth, increasing over 300% in the past year through organic growth and acquisitions. The company now operates in eight locations in North America, and has an offshore development center in Hyderabad, India, with over 300 employees.
According to Menlo CEO Gary Prioste, joining Quisitive will allow them to further guide organizations on their digital transformation journey. Prioste will become the President of Menlo Technologies and join the Quisitive executive team.
