WhiteRock Lithium Expands High-Grade Lithium Area at Sacred Banana Property

Vancouver, British Columbia -- January 22, 2024 -- NewsGenie -- WhiteRock Lithium Corp. has announced significant expansion of high-grade lithium-bearing pegmatites at its Sacred Banana Property in Quebec. Mapping reveals the Isabella and Marine areas, combined with Spodumene Mountain, span four square kilometers and remain open for further exploration.

Grab samples from Isabella yielded up to 7.44% Li2O, with 15 samples exceeding 1.0% Li2O. Fifty-four grab samples from Spodumene Mountain, Isabella, and Marine were taken between late-September and early-October 2023. Key findings include:

  • High-grade lithium samples: 7.44% Li at Isabella, 6.99% Li on the western extension of Spodumene Mountain, and 6.43% Li at Marine.
  • Isabella samples averaged 2.05% from 20 samples.
  • Lithium-bearing pegmatites mapped over a 2 km x 2 km area.
  • WhiteRock suggests Isabella and Spodumene Mountain could be linked.
  • Marine showing, 2 km south of Spodumene Mountain, offers additional potential.

The company believes the consistency and grades suggest continuous lithium deposits. The Sacred Banana and adjoining Yoshi property cover approximately 67,000 hectares, located 30 kilometers from the Laforge-Deux Road.

President and CEO Dustin Nanos stated the Isabella results are impressive, demonstrating high-grade nature over a large area and providing a new area for diamond drilling. Exploration is being conducted by Groupe Magnor Exploration Inc.

George M. Yordanov M.Sc., a Professional Geologist, has reviewed and approved the technical information. WhiteRock Lithium is a private critical minerals exploration company focused on lithium exploration in Canada, holding over 100,000 hectares of claims in Quebec.
