Quizam Announces $285.000 Financing will be at 7.5 Cents Rather than 7 Cents

 

February 15th, 2019 / TheNewswire / Vancouver, BC – Quizam Media Corporation (“the Company”) (C: QQ) is pleased to announce that the $285,000 private placement announced earlier today will have its unit price increased from $0.07 to $0.075 . Each unit will consist of one common share and a 3 year full share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.15. The total number of units issued will now be 3.8mill.
