KDA Group Announces Debt Settlement

Thetford Mines, Quebec - TheNewswire - September 13, 2019 – KDA Group Inc. (TSXV:KDA) (“KDA” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has reached an agreement to settle indebtedness to a creditor, Marc Lemieux, President and Chief Executive Officer, totalling $925,000 in exchange for the issuance of 4,625,000 Class A Shares of KDA (“Common shares”) at a price of $0.20 per Common share (the “Debt Settlement”).
The Debt Settlement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities to be issued under the Debt Settlement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities regulations.
