Beyond Oil Receives Non-Objection Letter from FDA for Use of Beyond Oil's Product in the United States

Vancouver, BC – TheNewswire - March 23, 2022 - FTC Cards Inc. ("FTC") is pleased to announce that Beyond Oil Ltd. (“Beyond Oil”), its counterparty to the share purchase agreement dated September 26, 2021 (the “SPA”), has received a non-objection letter from the US Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) dated March 22, 2022 in respect of the proposed use of Beyond Oil’s Product (as defined below) as a filter aid for the filtration of frying oils in the United States.

Beyond Oil intends to apply for a similar letter on a voluntary basis from Health Canada to market the Product as a processing aid in Canada.
