February 16, 2021 – TheNewswire - Toronto, ON - conversationHEALTH, the conversational AI platform purpose-built for the Life Sciences industry has launched a number of new updates to their SaaS platform. This includes a text-to-speech feature available for both text and images on desktop and mobile devices. This feature will be added to a suite of configurations that make conversational agents easier to learn and use by health professionals, patients, and consumers.

“The recent updates to our platform, including text-to-speech capabilities, are designed to deliver a more accessible and personalized user experience while being easy to deploy across languages, geographies and business units. As a partner to our Life Sciences clients, we are helping them take advantage of increasingly powerful text, voice and digital human AI technologies” notes Lexi Kaplin, Chief Product Officer of conversationHEALTH.

In this fast-changing environment, Life Sciences companies need to engage their customers through an expanding portfolio of conversational channels including web, mobile and voice technologies, in clinical development to product commercialization.  That’s easier said than done, however, given Medical, Regulatory and Legal complexity and constraints, across audiences and geographies.

“Because of the Pandemic, health professionals and patients have become ‘digital first’ in thinking and ‘digital fast’ in expectation. That means solving problems in real time, 24/7/365, weeknights and weekends. When our clients deploy conversational agents with the text-to-speech feature, for example, they are removing the limitation or stress of consuming written medical information, which is not to be underestimated in healthcare” states Richard Marcil, Chief Customer Officer of conversationHEALTH.
