Revenues for fiscal 2022 were $7,703K as compared to $8,064K for the prior fiscal year. The annual fiscal 2022 Operating Profit was $448K compared to an Operating Profit of $360K for the prior fiscal year. Net Income for fiscal 2022 was $393K as compared to Net Income of $140K for the prior fiscal year. During the year Uniserve focused on reducing operational costs and improving processes across the organization.
