6 June 2024 – TheNewswire – Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. - SQID Technologies Limited (CSE: SQID) (the Company) welcomes Connect National Audit Pty Ltd (Connect National Audit) who has consented and been appointed as the new Company’s auditor. The appointment follows the resignation of Pitcher Partners as the Company’s auditor and receipt of ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act 2001, a resolution will be tabled at the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Connect National Audit Pty Ltd as the Company’s auditor.

The Company invited a number of audit firms to submit proposals for the external audit of the Company in line with good corporate governance. The Board considered the proposals and believed that the appointment of Connect National Audit is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
