Genesis Acquisition Corp. Announces Termination of Proposed Qualifying Transaction with Nusa Nickel Corp.



Kelowna, B.C. – TheNewswire - August 31, 2026. Genesis Acquisition Corp. (“Genesis” or the “Company”) (TSXV: REBL.P) announces that it will not be proceeding with its previously announced Qualifying Transaction with Nusa Nickle Corp. as certain conditions of the transaction were not met by the required dates.  

Genesis will continue to evaluate and review alternative acquisition opportunities with a view to completing its Qualifying Transaction.

Trading in the Company’s common shares is expected to resume once approved by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”).
