(TSX-V: SVS) (“Solarvest” or the “Company”),  has entered into the non-binding letter of intent with FSD Pharma Inc., which contemplates the parties entering into a Collaborative Research Agreement and ancillary documentation as described in the Company’s news release dated February 5, 2019.  The parties have agreed to extend the date for completion of definitive transaction documentation to Friday, April 5, 2019.
