(TSXV:REBL.P) - the “Company”) announced today the appointment of Blair Wilson as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.  Mr. Wilson is the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and is also a director of the Company.   Mr. Wilson earned a Chartered Accountants designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and was a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia until his resignation in 2016.  Mr. Wilson takes over the CFO position from Ms. Terese Gieselman.
