nDatalyze Corp. Announces a Formal Agreement with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Dr. Andrew Greenshaw, and Dr. Bo Cao.

(“NDAT” or the “Corporation”) (CSE:NDAT) (OTC:NDATF) announces that further to the Letter of Intent dated December 18, 2023, on March 13 the Corporation entered a formal agreement with the Canadian Mental Health Association, Edmonton Region (“CMHA_E”), Dr. Andrew Greenshaw, and Dr. Bo Cao (collectively the “Parties”) whereby the Parties will organize and conduct the Psychiatric aspect (“Project”) of the Corporation’s previously-announced Clinical Study. The Principal Investigators will be Dr. Bo Cao, assistant professor in Computational Psychiatry at the Department of Psychiatry, University of Alberta and Canada Research Chair (CRC; Tier 2), and Dr. Andrew Greenshaw, Professor of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the University of Alberta. The team also includes Dr. Muhammad (“Tony”) Yousefnezhad, a Postdoctoral fellow working with the Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Computing Science at the University of Alberta. Dr. Yousefnezhad is working on the intersection of machine learning and computational neuroscience, where he is creating different techniques for decoding patterns of the human brain by exploiting distinctive biomarkers. This is the third Letter of Intent that the Corporation has converted to a formal agreement within the past 90 days.
