St-Georges Acquires Half of the Manicouagan Project Royalty
Montréal – TheNewswire - November 17, 2021 – St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE:SX) (OTC:SXOOF) (FSE:85G1) (CNSX:SX.CN) is pleased to announce that it has come to an agreement to acquire the production royalty from one of the two royalty holders on its fully owned Manicouagan Project on the Quebec North Shore.
The Company agreed to issue 1,000,000 common shares of St-Georges with a deemed value of $500,000, to Exploration J.F. Inc. The shares issued will be restricted until November 18, 2022.
