Deal expands the data infrastructure and product offerings of parent Know Company Inc.

 

Edmonton, AB – TheNewswire - September 17, 2025 – Knower Tech, a division of Know Company Inc. has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Cross Pixel Media Inc. in an all-cash transaction.

 

Cross Pixel provides elite audience data solutions and fields engineering and customer service teams for more than 650 brands that advertise on major digital platforms. Incorporating these capabilities will strengthen Knower Tech, which provides simpler, more transparent tools – audience targeting, ad automation, and campaign optimization – to improve performance for media planners and buyers, who can access the products directly via free apps.
