CAVA HEALTHCARE Announces Revocation of Cease Trade Order

Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - October 13, 2022 Cava Healthcare Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce effective September 27, 2022, the British Columbia Securities Commission granted full revocation of the cease trade order (the “CTO”) previously filed against the Company on February 16, 2021.

The CTO was originally imposed as the Company had not filed its annual audited financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the year ended September 30, 2020, nor the certifications of the foregoing filings, as required under Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102).

The Company filed all outstanding continuous disclosure documents required to be filed under British Columbia Securities Laws and is currently up-to-date in all of its required disclosure filings.

With the revocation of the CTO, the Company will be planning to raise capital to advance its intellectual property and technology.  More information on specific financing plans will be announced in due course.
