Roughrider Closes Private Placement

March 28, 2019 /TheNewswire / Vancouver, B.C. – Roughrider Capital Corp. (“Roughrider” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the closing of its non-brokered private placement which was previously announced on February 15, 2019. The placement was oversubscribed, and the Company issued a total of 22,199,000 common shares at $0.125 per share for aggregate proceeds of $2,774,875. There were no finder’s fees paid in connection with the financing, and all of the shares issued are subject to a four month trading restriction.
Proceeds from the placement will be used to for potential acquisitions and for general working capital purposes.
