As described in the Company’s press release dated June 21, 2024, Credissential targets one primary use case: the auto industry. The "Dealer Flow" module for auto dealer networks is expected to enable customers to gather and upload necessary documents for the auto lending process, with the aim to expedite loan approval and improve on-lot conversion rates. The consumer version of Credissential acts as a secure lockbox for all credit-related documents, allowing users to grant and revoke access on demand with a “burn after reading” function for flexible and secure management of sensitive information.

Hosted on the Company’s Secure Data Vault (SDV), Credissential aims to provide robust security and integration with other applications developed by Impact Analytics. This launch is part of the broader initiative to deliver a comprehensive suite of business solutions, enabling enterprises to leverage advanced technology for improved efficiency and security. Beta clients of Credissential have played a key role in ensuring the product meets user and business needs.

The public website at www.credissential.com allows users to sign up for Credissential and will provide pertinent updates about the application. Links to the app store will be available once approved by Apple, expected before the end of the Company’s September 2024 quarter.
