VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire - September 1, 2022 – Astron Connect Inc. (the “Company” or “Astron”) (TSXV:AST) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sachiel Water Inc., has completed the acquisitions announced in the Company’s news release of August 18, 2022. Unless permitted under securities laws, the 1,500,000 common shares issued by Astron in the transaction may not be traded in Canada before January 1, 2023.
