ZeU Technologies Discloses AGM Results

Montréal – TheNewswire - August 20, 2021 – ZeU Technologies, Inc. (CSE:ZEU) (CNSX:ZEU.CN) (OTC:ZEUCF) is pleased to announce the results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders which was held earlier today in Montreal, Quebec.

All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular, dated July 20, 2021, were approved by a majority of votes cast at the Meeting.

A total of 15,620,880 shares were voted by proxy representing 44.63% of the total outstanding shares.

Number of Directors

The shareholders approved setting the number of directors for the Corporation at seven (7) for the ensuing year.

Election of Directors

The shareholders elected the following slate of directors:

  • - Mr. Frank Dumas

    - Mr. Mark Billings

    - Ms. Patricia Popert-Fortier

    - Ms. Neha Tally

    - Mr. Edward Timothy Razzall

    - Mr. Jasseem Allybokus

    - Mr. Ronald Eriksen

Appointment of Auditors

Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, of Vancouver, British Columbia were reappointed as Auditors of the Corporation for the financial year ending December 31, 2021, with their remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors.
