(“Mobio”) (TSXV:MBO) announces that Ms. Melanie Pump resigned from her role as Chief Financial Officer of Mobio Technologies on August 13, 2021. She was a tremendous asset to Mobio Technologies and will be sorely missed. We wish Melanie all the best as she moves on to another early-stage company to assist them in setting up their organization for growth. Melanie has been replaced by Monica Lissimore effective September 15, 2021.

Ms. Monica Lissimore is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with 13 years experience in the financial management of public and privately traded companies, primarily in the technology sector. She has worked at PWC LLP in both their audit and transaction services practice, General Electric and technology start-ups. Her most recent role was as Director of Finance of Incognito Software Systems Inc. (subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc.).
