Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - February 19, 2025 – Cloud3 Ventures Inc. (Cloud3” or the “Company”) (CSE: CLDV) (OTC Pink: CLDVF) (FSE: WQ4), is pleased to announce that its ongoing financing round has been oversubscribed, driven by strong investor demand for the Company’s decentralized infrastructure initiatives and blockchain ecosystem development. The financing was priced at $0.30 per share, reflecting investor confidence in Cloud3’s long-term growth trajectory.  See news release dated February 4, 2025 for further information.

Founders and key executives, including CEO David Nikzad and COO Jason Hobson, have personally participated in this round, reinforcing their belief in Cloud3’s strategic direction and expansion efforts.
