(“IDC” or the “Company”) (TSXV:IDL) provides additional disclosure regarding director election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting on December 8, 2022. Mr Hengye Guan withdrew from the director election on December 2, 2022 and Mr Lebin Wu withdrew on December 6, 2022. Three new directors Mr Yong Yan, Mrs Rong Li, and Mrs Shu Shang were proposed as directors to be elected during the AGM. Mrs Charmaine Cheung was not elected as a director at the AGM. The current members of the board of directors consists of Mr Tim Seung, Mr Yong Yan, Mr Paul Lin, Mrs Shu Shang, and Mrs Rong Li to hold office for the ensuing year. Mr Tim Seung, Mr Paul Lin and Mrs Rong Li are members of the Audit Committee.
