CMOS and Research

The special Quantum Technologies Program Grant offered by the Quebec Government has approved QNC’s funding request for its CMOS initiative. However, at the present time, the provincial government is primarily focused on managing the Covid-19 crisis.  QNC is standing-by for further instructions and will communicate updates accordingly.

 

Patent

Having successfully obtained a second European Patent, QNC proceeded to file the latter in the previously selected countries: France, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden. 

 

M&A Transaction

QNC is continuing its efforts to engage in the evaluation of a merger and acquisition transaction. Due to confinement measures enforced by the provincial and federal government, our Executive team remains highly engaged via video and conference calls with target acquisitions. QNC remains confident in its bid to proceed with a transaction in the coming months.
