Warrant Financing Update

 

The Company also provides an update regarding the 7,500,000 share purchase warrants issued by the Company on or about January 10, 2025, which warrants are exercisable for $0.13 per share and set to expire on August 25, 2025, as previously announced on July 25, 2025.  To date warrant holders have exercised 6,676,406 Warrants, resulting in warrant exercise proceeds of $867,932. The Company plans to use the warrant exercise proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
