Vancouver, BC - TheNewswire - March 1st, 2021 - ABT today announced that Sean Hodgins has informed the Company of his decision to resign as Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2021.  ABT will commence a search to identify the Company’s next CFO.

Patrick Audley, President, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is found.
