(“P Squared”) (TSXV: PSQ.P), a capital pool company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”),‎ announces that it has ceased discussions in respect of the potential transaction originally announced on March 28, 2018, which was intended to be the P Squared qualifying transaction under the policies of the Exchange.  P Squared has resumed the process of identifying and evaluating a number of opportunities that are available to it with a view to completing a qualifying transaction.

Trading in P Squared common shares will resume on the Exchange at the opening of trading on Monday, May 6, 2019.
