Sernova Announces 2022 Annual General Meeting Results

(TSXV:SVA)(OTC:SEOVF)(FSE:PSH), a clinical stage regenerative medicine company focused on developing a potential ‘functional cure’ for type 1 diabetes (T1D) and other chronic diseases, is pleased to announce results from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) held virtually via live audio webcast, on April 28, 2022. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the Company’s Information Circular.

The following resolutions were proposed and approved at the AGM:

  • The re-election of the following directors for the ensuing year: Frank Holler, James Parsons, Jeffrey Bacha, Deborah Brown, Dr. Mohammad Azab and Dr. Philip Toleikis. 

  • The appointment of Davidson Company LLP, as auditors of the Company until the next annual meeting and the authorization of the directors of the Company to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditors.
