(CSE:LEXT) (the “Company” or “Lexston”) announces the resignation of Dimitrios Mitrakos as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company and the appointment of Company’s director Jatinder Jesse Manhas as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.

The Company also announces the appointment of director Graeme Staley to the audit committee of the Company.  The audit committee of the Company now consists of directors Jagdip Singh Bal, Harinder Bains and Graeme Staley.
